Training on "Guidelines on the Treatment of the Regional Monitoring Teams (RMT) to combat TiP in BiH", organized by the Office of the State Coordinator for Combating TiP (OoSC) and CRS (Catholic Relief Services), which is supported by USAID, was held in Mostar from April 19-20, 2011. Representatives of our Association also took part in it.
The annual report of the Office of the State Coordinator on the state of TiP in BiH in 2010, which will be adopted by the BiH Council of Ministers, was presented. It was followed by a lecture on the role and principles of action of the RMTs. A representative of SIPA was talking about signing up and cooperation with relevant institutions in the fight against TiP. A representative of the authorized Shelter for victims of TiP presented the work of their organizations on direct assistance to the victims. It was followed by a lecture of a representative of the OoSC on documenting, reporting, and forms necessary to be completed when assisting the victims. The quiz and work in groups was arranged after that. The training was concluded with evaluation and distribution of certificates to participants
